Redbak Carb Up 

Redbak Carb-Up high carbohydrate formula has been developed to enhance pre-workout energy levels and post-workout glycogen synthesis. Redbak carb-up improves recovery whilst providing a convenient source of energy rich carbohydrates.

Redbak Carb-Up has been designed to provide fast, moderate and slow absorbing carbohydrates plus the added benefits of Promilin - a potent extract from the herb fenugreek, which is designed to assist insulin production and support healthy glucose levels, its stored as glycogen and available to be used as energy, recovery and muscle growth, rather than be stored as body fat.

Redbak CarbUp contains a complex blend of: Waxy Maize Starch - a long chain complex carbohydrate with a molecular weight 100 times greater than maltodextrin and 3000 times greater than dextrose, making it the "perfect carb" for endurance athletes and bodybuilders for glycogen stores, recovery and muscle fullness. Due to its higher molecular weight, Waxy Maze Starch has the ability to move through the stomach 80% faster than dextrose or maltodextrin, for rapid glycogen replenishment and nutrient uptake in the muscles.

Glucose Polymers - a natural complex carbohydrate derived from corn starch, consisting of long chains of glucose polymers, Maltodextrin is digested over a period of time, slowly releasing glucose into the blood stream. Dextrose - Dextrose is a simple sugar (monosaccharide) and has a high Glycemic Index making it beneficial when carbohydrates are needed quickly for energy or recovery from high levels of activity.

Rice Starch - is a low-allergy starch which releases energy slowly, providing glycogen replenishing carbohydrates.

Honey Powder - nature's perfect carbohydrate to provide natural energy from glucose and fructose, with a natural flavour you will enjoy.

Redbak Carb-Up can be added to your favourite protein to make a meal replacer or mass product.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Add 200-250ml of water or skim milk into a Redbak shaker. Add 60g (Approx 2 scoops) of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use.
