Redbak COMPLETE PROTEIN is a unique blend of Whey Protein Isolate (WPI),Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC), Calcium Caseinate, Milk Protein Concentrate and Digestive Enzymes.

This synergistic, anti catabolic blend of proteins provides an immediate and sustained release of amino acids into the body, ensuring a positive nitrogen balance and anabolic state for hours. The protein blend in complete protein provides a superior anabolic infusion of amino acids than a single protein supplement.

Redbak COMPLETE PROTEIN is naturally high in BCAA's (branch chain amino acids) and fortified with L-Glutamine and Taurine to assist with muscle recovery, promote lean muscle growth and help prevent muscle protein breakdown. The addition of digestive enzymes, for better digestion and absorption of protein, make it ideal for all types of athletes, sports people and those following a low carbohydrate lifestyle.

For best results use 2-3 times daily.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add 200-250ml of water or skim milk into a Redbak shaker. Add 30g (1 scoop) of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use.
