DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Add 200-250ml of water or skim milk into a Redbak shaker. Add 40g of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use. WARNINGS:
