• Whey Protein Isolate is a derivative of milk protein. It is the best choice for rapid calorie consumption as the body can digest the short chains and peptides very quickly (about 30 minutes). Fast acting proteins like whey protein isolate provide the necessary amino acids for building and retaining muscle tissue.
• Whey Protein Concentrate quickly replenishes the body with BCAA's (Branched Chain Amino Acids) for the repair and building of lean muscle tissue. It also contains bio-active protein subfractions to increase muscle mass and minimise body fat.
