SERVING SUGGESTION
Mix 40 grams or 2 scoops (scoop supplied) into 400mls of skim milk or water and then blend or shake. Fruits may be added. Alternatively add to foods such as cereal, desserts and yoghurt to increase the protein and energy content.
Best taken in the morning after rising and within 45mins after an intensive workout.
