    Yes, all products that Protein King sell are Instock, and ready for Immediate Despatch. Items that are out of stock will be clearly displayed.

  3. What happens if nobody is home when the courier arrives with my delivery?

    Please note that only one delivery attempt will be made. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a "Sorry We Missed You" card which will include the location of your nearest Australia Post outlet where your order can be collected.

    In some cases, depending on your location and the size of your order, your parcel may be left at the front door if it is safe to do so. Please advise us at the checkout if you do not wish for your order to be left at the front door.

    Yes, Protein King now ship to PO Boxes for a fast and effiecient delivery.

  5. What does "Flat Rate" delivery mean?

    Whether you order 1 bucket of protein, or 10 buckets, the deilvery fee will be the same regardless of the size and weight of your order.

    Please note that in very rare circumstances, large deliveries to Rural/Remote areas or Australian Islands, may incur a delivery surcharge.
