    Our warehouse team are highly trained to ensure every order is carefully packaged to arrive safely at it's destination. In rare circumstances, if your order arrives damaged, DO NOT SIGN FOR IT. If you do, please take a photo immediately, and email it to us at: sales@proteinking.com.au

  3. I received the wrong size/flavour. What should I do?

    Please email us immediately at:  sales@proteinking.com.au 

    Please note that items can only be returned if they are in unopened/resaleable condition and within 7 days of receiving your order. Items that have been opened by the customer cannot be accepted.

  4. I ordered the wrong product. Can I exchange it?

    Yes, if you have ordered the wrong product, Protein King will happily exchange the item within 7 days of date of purchase, for a different product, providing the item is unopened and in pristine/resaleable condition.

    The return shipping will need to be paid for by the customer. Once your incorrect item has been received, you will recieve a refund less shipping.
