Protein King Pure WPI Review

Training 6 days a week with high volume means I require only the best protein sources for recovery and repair. Trying to maintain a great physique, protein is one of the most important macronutrients for all muscle recovery. Most of our diets contain high amounts of Carbs and Fats and we tend to neglect a quality protein source.

Using a Lean WPI Protein such as Protein King’s Pure WPI can make it very convenient to hit your protein goals throughout the day without the need of defrosting or cooking.

My Review ofProtein King’s Pure WPI

Protein Powders have always been part of my supplement Stack and trying this protein for the first time I was quite surprised with it. My Review below...

Taste: At first sip the mango hits you. Very nice and smooth blend. An issue I run into with other protein powders is that they tend to not mix well and become quite clumpy, so I was quite impressed with how well this dissolved in water. The entire shake went down easy with no bad after taste whatsoever.

Quality:As this is a full WPI protein the quality is really high. Almost 31g of protein per serve and really low in Fat and Carbs, this makes for the perfect post workout shake or protein source for anyone on the go.

Best for: Anyone in and out of the gym looking for a recovery supplement as well as anyone looking to add extra Protein into their diet with the utmost convenience.

How I recommend having it:

  • Mix 2 scoops into a bowl
  • Add 150g of Frozen Blueberries
  • Add 15g of Natural Almond butter
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Gradually add water until mixture is quite thick and place in the freezer for 30 mins.
  • After 30 mins enjoy the MattyC Mango Blueberry Ice cream you have just created
