ASN HP-100 RECOMMENDED USE:
Add 1 heaped scoop(28g) to only 200ml(8fl.oz.) of cold water in a drink shaker. Mix well and consume. Take 1 serve, 2-3 times a day.

Making Muscle Grow
We now know what makes muscle grow. A combination of mechanisms are involved. For a muscle to grow it must sustain some sort of micro damage so it can adapt and repair bigger and stronger. Constant eccentric and concentric contractions as seen with weight training can cause this. Then genetic cellular signalling is involved. Stem Cells which line the muscle fiber must be activated and matured to incorporate itself into the muscle fiber making it bigger and stronger.

An Amazing Protein!
As soon as you open the tub of the HP100 NANO PEPTIDE EXTRACT, you are wondering, 'what the hell is this stuff!' You have never seen or experienced a protein supplement like this before, even compared to the original HP-100, which was a very fine powder. This powder is ultra fine and flows like water in the tub. But be warned!
