Want some more in-depth information? Our resident athlete and supplement expert James Anthony is available for general advice, or one-on-one coaching. As a competitive cricketer, James has been involved with fitness and health for over 20 years, and in the last 10 years at Protein King, he’s been our go-to for most of our supplement reviews, nutrition and training advice articles. He's coached dozens of athletes, both competitive and recreational, with attaining goals such as body recomposition, movement improvements, macronutrient timing and recovery.
