Dear Protein King family,

Hope you're all keeping safe and well!

We are running full steam ahead here at Protein King, with domestic deliveries all but back on regular shipping schedules. There are odd delays here and there, but almost all parcels are being delivered on time!

For our international customers, there have been some disruptions. We'll contact you if there are any issues shipping to your country after you place your order.

Dear Protein King family,

We'd like to thank you for your continued support!

It's business as usual - we're going to keep supplying you with the products you need to reach your goals!

A couple updates however:

1) Delivery timeframes have been affected (and in some cases significantly) by the COVID-19 restrictions on interstate travel, flights as well as the massive increases in load for Auspost and other couriers. If you've made an order and your tracking is not updating as you'd like, please keep in mind that there are delays across all delivery networks. Thanks for your patience. We hate waiting as well...

2) We'll continue to offer Store Pickup at our Terrey Hills warehouse, but customers will not be invited inside the warehouse. Your order will be available to collect at the front door.

Looking forward to life returning to normal, as we're sure you are as well.

- Update 3 April, 2020 -

Hello Protein King family,

Thank you for your support during this crazy period of time! We'll keep trying to serve you as best as we can throughout any quarantine/lockdowns.

Two announcements:

1) We will no longer allow customers into our warehouse. Please order online wherever possible. If you do wish to collect an order, we will ask you to wait at the door while we pick your items from the shelf and deliver them to you. We can still take card payments at the door.

2) A number of Auspost deliveries have been delayed. Please continue to be patient - Australia Post has had massive volumes of parcels since the lockdowns began, and unfortunately it is delaying delivieries. At the moment, our same day dispatch for orders made before 2pm AEST guarantee is still in place - so we'll get your order into Auspost's hands as quickly as we can.

Hello Protein King family,

With the COVID-19 situation changing constantly, we'll do our best to keep you updated with our protocols.

Being based in NSW, and not currently one of the closed workplace types, it's business as usual for us at the moment.

Feel free to continue to place your orders online at https://www.proteinking.com.au

We're still adhering to our same business day dispatch timeframe for orders placed before 2pm AEST, and we're shipping all orders through Australia Post. While we're working hard to give you the same lightning-fast dispatch as always, Auspost has asked customers to be patient with their deliveries - there may be some delays to come.

While we allow Store Pickup at the moment, we expect this will change in the coming days/weeks - so if possible, we'd ask you to have your orders shipped rather than collected. We're sorry to disappoint if we have to close our doors to the public on short notice.

Most importantly, take care of yourselves and your loved ones - keep eating well, stay as active as you can, and get plenty of sleep.
