Payment Methods

All international deliveries must be paid for using PayPal. We will only send orders to the delivery address listed on PayPal.

Delivery Timeframes

We will provide you with a tracking number when your order ships from our warehouse, and in most cases, your delivery can be tracked online. Certain delivery options (such as Registered Post International) cannot be tracked. Please see this website for estimates on when to expect your international delivery. Also, please note that these delivery timeframes are only for delivery from our warehouse to your local delivery centre, and don’t include any time that may be spent in Customs or Quarantine inspection.

Customs - Duties and Taxes

When your delivery arrives in your country, you may be asked to pay duties or taxes additional to what you’ve already paid when you placed your order with us. These charges are imposed by local customs, and we do not have any control of, nor can we take any responsibility for these. It is essential, before ordering, that you’re aware of your local import duties and taxes, if any.

Customs – Clearance

Some products are not allowed to be imported into certain countries – yohimbe, for example, cannot be imported into Australia. It’s your responsibility to check that the products you’re purchasing are allowed in your country. Here is a handy guide to assist you If your order is held by Customs, we will do our best to assist you with having your order cleared and delivered to you. In the event that your order is returned to us in original condition, we will be happy to refund you for the purchase of the products (we will not refund shipping charges). In the event that Customs seizes and/or destroys your parcel, we cannot refund you at all.
