Returns/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Protein King. If your item is damaged in transit or not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a refund. All returns are subject to our receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused/factory sealed and saleable condition.

Faulty Accessories

Please be aware that Protein King is a retailer and not a manufacturer. Occasionally an item may be received faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to offer either a refund (less shipping) or a replacement upon return of your faulty item. Please note that as Protein King operates as an online store, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, and Protein King will be happy to offer complementary shipping for the replacement item to be shipped back to the customer.

Non-Faulty Accessories

All faulty accessories will be tested by our returns department upon receipt. Items confirmed to be non-faulty will be returned at the customers expense.

Dead On Arrival (DOA)

If you received a faulty item that was DOA, Protein King will be happy to pay for the return shipping of the item and provide either a full refund or replacement. You must contact us strictly within 7 days of receipt of order. Return shipping fees of orders over 7 days will be the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind

Bought something and then changed your mind? No problem at all, Protein King will be happy to accept the item back within 30 days for a refund (less shipping), as long as the item is unused,factory sealed and saleable condition. Please note, we cannot accept back any 'change of mind' returns of supplements, accessories or clothing that have been opened, used and/or worn.

Returns Process

All returns must have a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.

Please Note: Items returned with no RA number will be rejected.

To receive your RA Number, please contact us.

In your message, please include the following information below. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further return details:

- Your order number if known (appears on the top of the invoice).
- Your name and address.
- A description of the item you are returning.
- Reason for return.

Once you have received your RA number, please carefully package your item (in its original box where possible) and post it to the address provided. Items that are not sufficiently packaged and then damaged in transit will be rejected and returned at the customers expense.
